The Inter-Cross method, a method primarily of loaded movement based on fusing endurance and strength training that meet with varying intensity intervals and levels. (Always focusing on quality not quantity). It's training designed to get you to exceed your peak performance regardless of age & gender.

I systematically educate on the different parts of anatomy in conjunction with the exercise being performed, all in an effort to provide the client an understanding of the anatomical movement, it's effect and correlation to their overall goal.
